Our family-owned firm is large enough to handle any assignment, but small enough that each client gets hands-on participation from our principals everyday.

Jason Rodda

CEO and President

Jason serves as the Project Executive for all projects and his duties include negotiating, planning, client relations, team building, project oversight, operations, marketing, and business administration for Rodda Construction. He joined the company in 1996, and has been in the industry full time since 2002. He is a graduate of George Jenkins High School Class of 1998, Florida Southern College Class of 2002 (Bachelor of Business Administration), and University of Florida Class of 2005 (Master of Business Administration). He is a Certified General Contractor, a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Healthcare Constructor, and is OSHA 30-Hour Construction and 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certified.

He serves on the Board of Trustees at Florida Southern College, on the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors for the Givewell Community Foundation, and is an Elder and volunteer at First Presbyterian Church of Lakeland, FL. He has previously served as the President of the Board of Directors for Explorations V Children’s Museum, has been a Campaign Volunteer with the United Way of Central Florida, was involved with Ignite Lakeland and Polk Vision. Jason is a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class of XXVIII, Leadership Polk Class V, and Connect Florida Class III. Jason was named the 2019 Businessman of the Year by the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce.

 

Jodie Rodda

Senior Vice President of Construction

Jodie manages all of Rodda Construction field operations, project superintendents, and field personnel. His experience includes field supervision and oversight of 1,000s of projects specializing in various types of commercial and industrial construction. He is truly a construction expert, extremely involved with each and every project we build. He ensures schedules are adhered to and work is completed to the designer’s specifications. Jodie is quality control. He has been in the construction industry since 1976, and has been with Rodda Construction since it was founded in 1989. He is a graduate of Lakeland High School Class of 1977, and Leadership Lakeland Class XX.
