This project included a new three story brick office building in beautiful downtown Lakeland. Rodda was also responsible for the tenant build-outs of the spaces for Smith Barney, Chase, Merrill Lynch, McDonalds, and Peterson & Myers, PA. The project included sitework, a custom staircase, elevator, conference spaces, executive offices, support space, work areas, and extensive streetscaping and landscaping.
